teamhud
Your squad in a tiny surface at the edge of your screen: push to talk, hover to chat, your Slack DMs and channels in the same panel.
why
Every alt-tab into a forty-channel workspace costs you the thought you were in. teamhud keeps the five people you need one hover away.
platform
Theme it, build widgets, or describe one and let AI build it. Your own key or local CLI, and an MCP server for your agents.
security
Recording, captions and AI are off until you turn them on, and visible when they are. Or run the whole stack on your own server.
// questions
teamhud and slack huddles.
Is teamhud a Slack huddles alternative?
For your own team's everyday talks, yes: the room is always open, so there's nothing to start. Slack stays where your company writes things down. We use both every day, and most teams do.
Does teamhud work with Slack?
Yes. Sign in with Slack, invite teammates by Slack DM, and read and reply in your Slack channels and DMs from teamhud's messages panel. Join a Slack huddle and teamhud mutes itself until you're back.
Is teamhud free?
During early access, yes: every feature, free to use, no credit card, while slots last. It's an early-access release, so things will change. When early access ends, your account stays on a free tier, and the full release sets the prices for paid plans.
